Am Montag, den 07. Oktober 2024 findet um 10 Uhr die zentrale Erstsemesterbegrüßung im Audimax auf dem Campus Adolf-Reichwein-Straße statt.
Im und vor dem Foyer des Audimax präsentieren an diesem Vormittag (9.00 – 12.00 Uhr) zudem viele universitäre Einrichtungen und studentische Initiativen ihre Angebote („Markt der Möglichkeiten“).
Auch die Bibliothek ist dabei. An unserem Stand informieren wir Sie beispielsweise zu den Fragen:
– Was ist nötig, um den Bibliotheksausweis in der Uni Siegen App freischalten zu lassen?
– Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es alleine oder als Gruppe in der UB zu lernen?
– Wie finde ich Literatur zu meinen Fächern?
– Wie kann die elektronische Literatur genutzt werden?
– Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es, die Bibliothek kennenzulernen?
Selbstverständlich beantworten wir auch gerne alle anderen Fragen rund um das Medien- und Serviceangebot der Universitätsbibliothek.
Kommen Sie einfach vorbei. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch und unterstützen Sie gerne bei Ihrem Studienbeginn.

On Monday, 7 October 2024, the central first semester welcome ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. in the Audimax on the Adolf-Reichwein-Straße campus.
In and in front of the foyer of the Audimax, many university institutions and student initiatives will also be presenting their offers on this morning (9.00 – 12.00). The library will also be there.
At our stand we will provide information on questions such as:
– What is necessary to have your library card activated in the University of Siegen app?
– What options are there for studying alone or as a group in the University Library?
– How can I find literature on my subjects?
– How can I use the electronic literature?
– What opportunities are there to familiarise myself with the library?
Of course, we are also happy to answer any other questions about the media and services offered by the University Library.
